Your reference to the presentation: "Top 5 challenges' facing ITIL implementations", which you presented in May 06, my question is, would it be possible to obtain a copy of the paper?

When implementing ITIL, I would first keep in mind the business case - i.e how far business can profit from it. After all you spend a lot time, money and efforts in the ITIL implementation - if you are not going to reap benefits or good ROI, everything done so far becomes futile.
