Not only comittment - but money to train all staff to foundation certificate level.

Your reference to the presentation: "Top 5 challenges' facing ITIL implementations", which you presented in May 06, my question is, would it be possible to obtain a copy of the paper?

I have just joined the community, and found a lot of good reference material already.

When implementing ITIL, I would first keep in mind the business case - i.e how far business can profit from it. After all you spend a lot time, money and efforts in the ITIL implementation - if you are not going to reap benefits or good ROI, everything done so far becomes futile.

Rjp, wish we could get the copy of the minutes of your conference...that we would miss badly Sad
