Hi i was hoping someone could help me, I've just failed my Service Desk & Incident Managment Practioners for the 2nd time.
Both times this was by 1 or 2 marks and i was hoping someone out there could point me the right direction for any mock papers, the written assignment part only.
Any information would be very much appreicated.

Ack.. I'm really sorry to hear that. But third time's a charm and all that
I don't personally know of any sites with mock papers for this exam (I'm only certified to Foundation level and need funding to go any further!), but hopefully someone else here does.
