Hi,
I've just recently started at a new company which is completely green field as far as ITIL goes and part of my remit is instituting a comprehensive Change Management process across the board (desktop, infrastructure, website, you name it).
It's a pretty small organisation (200 people or thereabouts) and, although they already have a Helpdesk product which has a CM addon available, the existing folks aren't too happy with this product and are looking to change.
I'm very familiar with Remedy, having used it for the last four years or so, but I think it might be a bit "too much", both in terms of budget and the depth of the application.
So, does anyone have any names of CM products they can throw at me to have a look at? Preferably ones with associated Incident and Problem Management components or partner applications but it's not completely necessary (just"nice" to have everything in one).
