We are currently undergoing a Requirements Review for Release, Configuration and Change Management.
As a part of this process - we have been asked to identify the number of Fortune 500 companies which are currently using ITIL or have plans to implement ITIL guidelines for these three areas.
If you are aware of a document, white paper, source or link to statistics concerning this question - your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
