hi everybody
Currently, we're deploying ITIL process over our IT infrastructure.
Now, I'm really concern about Build and Test process and its relationship with Change management and Release Management.
I'm looking for a framework for project management, that could fix all the different parts of this complex process.
Time to market is the more important challenge for our Company, we've to be very fast in order to be the first in new services and products.
I believe that a formal and well known framework, could fix the whole process ant put it under control, from business requiremento to the last part of release management part
I'm investigating about PRINCE2 and PMI (PMBOK), anybody can help me telling me some exeperience about them?

I have Prince 2 experiance and PMI qulaification, my advice is to stick with Prince2. It makes sense to use the methodology that ITIL quotes when it talks about Project Managment. I have PMI because I work for a US company.
