Hi
I'm currently Head of Professional Skills with one of the UK's leading IT Training Providers. My area covers both ITIL and Project Management. Apart from my management responsibilities I am also ITIL Course Director and Principal Consultant.
I have 10 years specific ITIL Service Management experience including five years consulting (Accenture, BT Consulting) and nearly two years of teaching accredited ITIL Courses including Managers both within the UK and Europe.
I am now seeking a fresh challenge (and to make my Southern Californian wife happy as she misses home) in the US, preferably in Californina although Portland, OR wouldn't be out of the question.
Look forward to hearing from either from Training Providers or Consultancy firms or would even consider going back into "full-time hands on Service Management".
