SDLC Partners is currently seeking an experienced resource to assist one of our Central Pa based clients implement ITIL as well as provide direction to the growth of SDLC’s ITIL focused practice.
The ideal candidate has successfully implemented the ITIL framework and processes for IT Service Management in a large corporation or organization, including Release, Configuration, Problem, and Incident Management. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to provide guidance to client management on the implementation and prioritization of work efforts related to ITIL. Further consideration will be given to those candidates that also possess:
•5 plus years of consulting experience, particularly within the Fortune 500
•Breadth of technology skills including technical, application, and data architecture
•Willingness to relocate to Pittsburgh and/or Central Pa
•Experience interacting at all levels of an organization, including C level
•Interest in building an ITIL practice within SDLC
Candidates must be a US Citizen or have GreenCard. Initial phase will be 4-6 months with an excellent possibility to extend.
