a - vendor interaction belongs MAINLY within the Service Level Management, but there are relationships with many others as the vendor deals with them - like Release, Change, Security, Availability, etc.

b - Procurement is MAINLY in financial Mgmt, but again, is touched by many processes

c - Intra - organization - Admin, finance, etc is MAINLY within Service Level Management because you should have developed SLA's between yourself and YOUR customers - the other departments.
