The company that I currently work for recently went through a merger. The datacenter here in St Petersburg will be closing next year once we finish migrating all services to the new companies environment.

While I am carrying out a technical operations role my real passion is
in managing the delivery and support of IT services. I relocated my
family back to the U.S. last year after living in the U.K. for 13
years and at the time was unable to find any related Service
Management work in the area, so I opted for a position that I
previously had experience in e.g. Enterprise Systems Management.
Unfortunately the project that I was hired for, to architect an
Enterprise Systems solution never took off as the merger was announced
the week I started with the company.

As mentioned above I have a strong passion for IT Service Management
and am trying to find a role where I can be between the
business/customer and IT e.g. a customer relationship manager,
advocate, service manager role that would offer me the ability to
