We have built out our libraries to the ITIL standards, and I'm having difficulty identifying the documents that should go into the folders. I have read all the definitions, but what about items like contact lists, or scorecards, where would they fit? Does anyone know of any examples? _________________ Judy
If i Understand your questions right, then you are trying to segrregate all your documents into folders based on ITIL processes. If so then "contact lists" should go in "Service Desk" Folder, since Service Desk use this list quiet frequently for call logging and notifications.
Though don't know about what you mean by scorecards.

Hi Rajik, The scorecard is a performance measure which balances the internal (us) and external (customers) against finances, innovation and learning.
Thank you so much for helping me with this. I'm just beginning to "get it" and if I'm thinking properly, not only does the department go through some of the process of the standards, each project should touch all of them.
I'm taking each document in our current structure and trying to match to a process library... not an easy task... LOL....
I'm thinking of a structure for the department should have change managaement, service level management and business continuity management and each project should have a folder for all the processes.
I'm using sharepoint and then can cross reference these documents using views.
Any ideas, suggestions and feedback would be awesome.
