Can anyone tell me what the day to day activities of the ITIL consultant involves? Is everything project management or do you actually work on something? I have been a sysadmin for the past 8years and this profile may be something new which I may not be used to. Can one of the ITILiers who previously have been sysadmins please enlighten me if the transition was smooth? I saw a post for ITIL Implementation Manager? What do you implement here? the processes? thanks!
