Hi,
I'm currently conducting a Gap Analysis for a Service Desk. I've been looking for a good template that I can use to create the Gap Analysis document but can't find anything.
The document would include, but is not limited to, the following topics:
1. Describe As-Is
2. Describe To-Be
3. Identify Gaps between As-Is and To-Be
4. Describe solutions to achive to-Be state
5. State recommendations on how to achive To-Be state
Does anyone have a template, that they are willing to share, that includes the topics described above?

Hello Frank,
I have something that I think may be able to help you. It may not be perfect but it should at least be a baseline that you can extend and customize to meet your own needs.
Feel free to contact me at "Frank.Guerino@TraverseIT.com" and I'll get back to you as quickly as I can.
Please note that if the above email address gets stripped out of the post, you can reach me through the "Sales" email account on the company web site. It will be forwarded to me.
