I am doing a presentation on ITIL and would like to include some funny examples of implementing/running or just having ITIL.
Mabye you know some, or have your personal exp perls ?
4 eg. if there is only one problem with the server and it can be fixed by having a man who kicks it once in a while prblm mngmnt could suggest hiring new employee. (or smth like that)
