Practice Leader - IT Service Management (ITIL)

Reporting directly to the Managing Director of this IT services company, you will lead and coach the IT Service Management (ITIL) delivery team to become trusted advisors to their clients.

One of your primary goals is to ensure the consistency and quality of services delivered to clients, and the continuous improvement of Intellectual Property in the IT Service Management practice.

You’ll be solutions focused, committed to excellence, and show initiative by building on new service concepts and ideas.

A great people communicator, you will be well presented, articulate and highly organised with a strong project management focus. You will have experience in the implementation of IT Service Management solutions, coupled with a strong PRINCE2 project management focus. You’ll have an exceptional understanding of business drivers for Information Technology and see yourself as a change agent to achieve business outcomes through IT.

You’ll be looking for an opportunity to step up to the mark in a dynamic growing business and assist in company growth through your contribution to further enhance the development of ITSM best practices.

As a Practice Leader, your key responsibilities will include:
• Coaching and leading the consulting services team in IT Service Management, ITIL and PRINCE2.
• Resource Management for your team.
• Delivery of IT Service Management (ITIL) consulting and training services to clients.
• Ensuring the continuous improvement of an existing implementation methodology.
• Assisting with business development and pre-sales.

You will have an ITIL Managers Certificate and business/IT management experience. A tertiary education in business management or similar would be highly regarded as would PRINCE2 certification.

If this ad describes you, please forward your application to or fax 9221 7222 before Friday 5th November, 2004.
