Can someone please advise whether in the foundation exam with EXIN you can mark questions and go back to them ( mark for review ) as you might do in a Microsoft exam.
If anyone here has taken MS and ITIL can they comment on the similarities.
I've taken both Micrisoft exams, and the ISEB exam for my Foundations.
I found it worked the same way. I went through, answered the ones I was sure of the answer, and marked those with questions. After I reviewed those questions, I went through again, on the scratch paper, and reanswered the questions and compared the two. If my paper and PC answer didn't agree, I marked and came back again.
Both Exin and ISEB operate in a similar way. If you're taking your exam at a Prometric test centre, then YES - you can mark a question and then go back to review later..
Remember the ITIL Foundation exam is basic.. quite often it is best to trust your first instinct - to many people get Foundation style questions incorrect as they try to tell themselves "this is too easy - it couldn't be that"... if that happens stick with the easy answer.. some of the questions you have to say - yes, it's that easy !!
AND by the way.. for those of you who have taken their ITIL Foundation program through an accredited vendor, ask them about taking the official ITIL Foundation exam online.
Yes - online at your own PC - provided you have an approved supervisor you can take the exams online.
