I see I underatnd that your query has been pending to be answered for a while. Let me provide you some insights from my experience.
Here are few things that would be a part of your Capacity Plan
1. Introduction 2. Scope of the Plan 3. Methods used 4. Assumptions Made
5. Management Summary 6. Business Scenarios 7. Service Summary 8. Resource Summary 9. Recommendations
These are some of the Key Areas that have to be necessarily a part of the Capacity Plan. Hope this helps...
