Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone had any Change Management process template documents I could work from ? We currently have a change process but not process owner. That's wher I come in . I did the ITIL service management and divery course and sat the exams (results pending at end of this month..yikes!) I want to work on the Change process taking my site as effectively a greenfield site approach. I was hoping for a helping hand in the right direction by using good process templates. can anyone help ? I would be most grateful.

I don't know that there are 'process' templates.
But you might like to try the Govt of Ontario's GO-ITS standard for change management. Easy to find on the web, and public domain. Putting <"Go-ITS" ITIL> into Google brings it up as the first link for me. It covers process outlines 'swimlanes', information - RFC fields, classification etc, and roles and responsibilities.
If it's not what you are looking for, it should still get you started.
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I have had a look at the documents \ Guides and they have given me a good insight on layout of a process document. Thnaks for taking time to reply. It is much appreciated.
