Hi,
I am well versed with ITIL. However, I am really confused at one point. As far as my knowledge goes, an individual can be ITIL certified but an organisation can not. Then when the companies are investing so much on implementing the different aspects such as service desk, incident management, prob management etc, where are they heading to? BS15000 certification???

Hi Sach0111
There was talk about 18 - 24 months ago of there being a system of certification for companies - my company was very keen on the idea and actually got a gap analysis done to see what was needed for compliance, but it all seems to have died away without anything coming of it. At the moment, as far as I am aware, there is nothing for companies at all.
