1) BS15000 has been replaced by ISO 20000

2) The ISO 20000 certification scheme is for organizations, rather than individuals. Individuals become qualifies to audit against ISO 20000, but are not certified against it themselves.

ITILamin is correct to say 2Individuals become qualifies to audit against ISO 20000, but are not certified against it themselves.", but there is another qualification apart from the Auditor qualification. You can do a 3 day course and exam (part multiple choice, part written) to become a certidied ISO/IEC20000 Consultant, able to advise organisations prior to an audit, on what is required. Googe "iso/iec 20000 consultant".

Liz

I tried your search and it worked for me - I was interested to see that the first site I pulled up, 1st of the non-sponsored links gave me a costing of 775 + 110 for a Three day course and exam

Regards

Ed
