As a member of the corporate process management team, the consultant will: provide consulting to process owners and management on all aspects of process management, including design, documentation, tools, metrics and methodologies; *provide consulting, support, and process design expertise to process improvement teams, project teams and process reengineering teams; *facilitate as required, process improvement teams and process reengineering teams *provide principles and standards for process documentation, process design, process measurement, monitoring and reporting; *evaluate processes and carry out projects to provide recommendations for improvement; *benchmark best practices for selected processes; *establish and manage a process documentation repository and provide change management for changes to processes in the repository; *champion for process management and continuous improvement.
Qualifications / Desired Skill Set: Extensive:
proven process management knowledge, including process engineering and continuous process improvement/TQM, metrology/statistics. *ITIL certification *Superior analytical and problem solving skills. *Good facilitation, consulting, change management and project management skills *Ability to effectively manage multiple activities of varying complexity while under time constraints. *Good working knowledge of the technology operations business *Proven presentation, interviewing and communication skills, both written and verbal. *Develop knowledge of the practices, procedures and principles relative to large operational/processing service area.
