I've seen pre-requisites of 2 & 5 years of management experience respectively and the Foundation level certification. Can anyone confirm if these are the only 2 pre-reqs, prior to taking the course and subsequent exams?

Hi Larry,
In regard to your question about the pre requisites for the Manager Certification course I understand you do only need to be ITIL foundations certified and having a certain level of experience in the field.
For the Manager exam itself you will then have 2 weeks training (1 week for service support / 1 week for service delivery). These 2 courses are usually split (few weeks in between). There will be teat cases and mock exams.
Upon finishing the course there will be an "in course assessment" performed by your instructor, This do assess your ability to go for the Manager examination. It rarely happens but a weak assessment might jeopardise your chances to go for the exam.
