I need to create a dummy scorecard in Excel as an example. I've never done this and don't know what it should look like or what it should contain. Can anyone help me with this?
I'm guessing that you are talking about Balanced Scorecards rather than anything else. If that is the case, then take a look at the Mind Tools site as they have a quick introduction to the basics (click here). There are sites out there with all the theory etc. as well.
If this isn't what you are after please provide more detail so we can try to help
