I have my Foundation cert, and would really like to learn more about the ICT Infrastructure side of ITIL as I deal a lot on the technology side.
Best I can tell, the course itself is only offered in UK, Australia, etc, and the exam only in London four times a year. Anyone know if there are any plans to bring the course or exam to the United States at all?
Because these are public examinations schduled on a Quarterly basis, you need to get intouch with the examination boards directly (ISEB and EXIN) to see if they plan to provide these exams somewhere other than London.
Generally if there is a requirement they will do so.
However, I think you might have difficulty in finding an actual training provider who will be running the course in your area (if there are no exams scheduled by the examination boards then why would a training provider run the course?).
