Hello All,
I was wondering if you guys could help me find a few config mgt case studies on the Internet...if anyone has an address in mind it'll be much appreciated. I am particularly looking for 'real life' studies of config mgt and the implementation of CMDB's.
Also, does anyone know of any good resources (not necessarily ‘real life’) that outline references between config mgt & incident/problem mgt?
Have you checked out the Configuration Management Kit (configurationkit.com)? It includes templates, draft plans, presentations, and all sorts of gumf like that. I'm not sure about references to incident/probem mgt though.
