Hi all, now this is the time to hit the 2 core process for service deilvery. We all know what the processes are and also know that they are interrelated to provide required level of services to the customer.But the flow from Availability to SLM, and back to Availability is something i am struggling with. Availability flows through ITSCM / Problem / Change and in sequence. But has anyone established synergies between Availability and SLM. Appreciate your help. You can mail me at email@example.com.
