Hi, I work at a Bank and I'm in charge of the Security Administration Unit (namely, I have the responsability of the mainteance of end user's accounts and permissions), which is hierarchicaly located inside Help Desk Department.
As you could think all of my process are based on ITIL Service Desk, but I feel like my work doesn't fit at all in the Incident Management process.
Could it be better to use ITIL Security Management? I read a little about it, but It seems more oriented to Security Policies Planning, not actually to security provisioning.
