ITIL :: View topic - ITIL Foundation Course in Chennai?
In chennai HP conducts training for the foundation time and again.
contact ram.priyan@hp.com for the schedule. I am not sure about the cost. It was almost an year ago since I did my course. You would be trained by Quint who is their training partner for ITIL. Quiet good to be honest.

I cannot comment on the quality.
My best advice for you is to work for few years in any big infrastructure set up to understand the basic concepts of IT working in big organisations. Then later once you have atleast minimum of 3 years of experience you can go on and get your self ITIL foundation.
Without experience your certification would be just useless..
