I have encountered the following while looking for some information on the net something like 10 minutes ago. It may be what you're looking for

Language Course ID
English ITL1014
German ITLG1014
Japanese ITLJ1014
Chinese ITLC1014

From this we can guess that the ITIL Foundation code is 1014...
