Quick question : Can a SD deliver a training to an end user when SD suspects that the end user needs it ?
If yes, until what level of training can be delivered ?

SD provides information and documentation on how to run a service as a reply to a Service Request. But giving training as we know it, it may be assigned to SD if the staff are experienced enough and are not so busy. but I never encountered such a situation.

The basic level of training the end user needs are how to use the services which IT Organisation offers to them.
SD Can maintain FAQ's & general DIY for each of the services which IT Department provides.
You can make use of your internal IT website to publish these details.
