I'd like to ask why the Service Delivery processes don't seem to have their own forum... We are certainly touching on SLM, Avail and Capacity on a regular basis.
Also, for some reason, I have the impression that we have a lot of IT guys in here and for some reasons I think that it is easier for IT guys to grasp SSup rather than SDel. Could this be an opportunity to expand on those topics? _________________ BR,

We create a new forum when there are a sufficient number of threads covering the topic in the general forum. It is simply a question of best organizing the data and information on here. It's never going to be precise, however... and I admit that it's a bit hit and miss. We'll keep a closer eye on it though.
