When I received my Foundations Cert EXIN(and I understand ISEB does as well) set me a Green foundations pin.

Well I now have my Red Badge but seem to have lost my Green. Any one know of where/how I can get another Green badge to replace my lost one?

Try contacting EXin

You will receive your pin with your certificate, as has been the tradition for years when passing an ITIL-exam. If you did not receive your green (ITIL Foundation), blue (ITIL Practitioner) or red (ITIL Manager) pin, you can order one by sending an email to service@exin-exams.com with your name, address, examination date and candidate

I have a similar problem. I didnt not recieve my Green pin with my certificate. Tried contacting exin still waiting for a reply..

Can some one tell me other alternative or a similar experience?
