ICT INFRASTRUCTURE MGT"
We think to "Safety implementation process" or "System Protection"

Personally, I think that a process and a group are two different things. So if you want to name a team, I would not advice you to call it any kind of process.
What about the "Supplier Emergency Response Team" (SERT)? Or the "Supplier Monitoring & (And) Patching" (SMAP).
