It's hard to be so exact when it comes to ITIL as the Library itself is a set of best practice' guidelines ' however there are some places you can look.
PinkVerify is a scheme set up to certify products against ITIL.
Not such an accurate scheme however!
The qualifications and standards committee for the itSMF are looking into how products can be certified against BS15000 which is more achievable.
Axios Systems were the world's 1st BS15000 certified organisation and pioneered assyst as the original ITIL solution - It's meant to be very very good if you are looking for something at the top end of the market.
You can get lists of the BS 15000 certified organisations!
