We have the simple control process:
a) Identify reason for change
b) Receive a change request, and check the completeness
c) Investigate impact ¡V configuration items to be changed, timescales, impact, risks
d) Review and rule on change ¡V accept or reject
e) Make changes as agreed, and update configuration status
f) Release changes
