We have the simple control process:

a) Identify reason for change
b) Receive a change request, and check the completeness
c) Investigate impact V configuration items to be changed, timescales, impact, risks
d) Review and rule on change V accept or reject
e) Make changes as agreed, and update configuration status
f) Release changes

Mgr. Approved
