We are looking at FrontRange's toolset. We currently use Heat for Problem and Incident Management. Does anyone have any experience with their other tools around asset, configuration and change management?

Hi there, I would suggest that you look at CA's Unicenter R11.3 for your service desk solution. You can also intergrate CA's AOM with little complication.
