I need your help.
I am working for a consulting company that is just now catching the ITIL wave (as in, I’m the only employee that is ITIL-certified). We have a potential project that we are bidding on that would establish ITIL-based Problem Management for a client in the area. The project sponsor has requested a Statement of Work (SOW) before we actually get too far into the project.
My question: does anyone have a copy of an SOW that they could share with me (blanking out all of the confidential information)? Or just point me in right direction on the web – I have been searching the web for samples of an SOW, but have been unable to find one specific to Problem Management.
