I need your help.

I am working for a consulting company that is just now catching the ITIL wave (as in, Im the only employee that is ITIL-certified). We have a potential project that we are bidding on that would establish ITIL-based Problem Management for a client in the area. The project sponsor has requested a Statement of Work (SOW) before we actually get too far into the project.

My question: does anyone have a copy of an SOW that they could share with me (blanking out all of the confidential information)? Or just point me in right direction on the web I have been searching the web for samples of an SOW, but have been unable to find one specific to Problem Management.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

www dot utdallas dot edu /~msavoie/MIS%206314/sow.htm
or

Good luck!
