|
|
Hi
I tried booking the ITIL Foundation exam via the Prometric website. Initially I tried the ISEB one, but this particular exam does not appear on their list anymore. When I mailed Prometric, they said the exam would not be available for a few weeks.
Then I tried the EXIN one, and although it appeared to book it, the system then said the exam had been cancelled. I've mailed Prometric and EXIN about this.
It would be nice to know if its only me that is having this problem, or if the exams have been withdrawn / cancelled.
Many thanks. |

| I just checked through the Thomson site and was able to register for a test minus the final step of the actual registration. Although way back when i did the foundations test we had 4 testing centers here and now there is only 1 which is about 20 miles from here. Looks like either they are reducing testing centers in general potentially. |

Thank you.
I spoke to Prometric and they said that ISEB were "investigating" their exams. The EXIN one was my mistake. I entered one wrong digit for my credit card booking - and so it did not go through properly.
It worked OK on the phone - so panic over ! |
