Yipeeeeeee I passed!!! 30/40 for the Foundation. I am now going to do the Practioner in Configuration Management next month. I have only been a Configuration Manager since Sept 2006 and this foundation course was just perfect for me to do my job!... Even though I have already implemented our Problem Management Process and Change Control Process! At this rate I would have implemented all my processes before I pass the exams!!! ,
Camelia. |

Hi,
What about the Service Delivery Book? I thought that is also a demanded book for passing the exam. |

| No - just the service support book - did not look at the delivery book at all - I believe that may be for the practitioner course which I am taking on the 26th March 2007 . |

The foundation exam is on both the Service Support AND Service Delivery - you do need both. However, you do not need to read both books, as there is far more than you need for Foundation there (although you will learn a lot, you do not need it all). Try instead "Foundations of IT Service Management, based on ITIL" ISBN 9077212582 , from the EXIN bookshop _________________ Liz Gallacher,

Dear Group,
I thank you all for sharing valuable information that helped me pass the ITIL v2 exam (Exin-Prometric). Shall continue to learn from your experiences/suggestions for the next steps with V3 bridge.
(Did self study using "Foundations of IT Service Mgt.")
Respectfully,
Rex |
