Hi,
The 4.4.1 point of SD book (Produce a Service Catalogue in SLM process) says, that the asset database may be a valuable source of information for Service Catalogue creation.
Do you have any examples of what kind of information would give what kind of value?
In other words - what do I need the asset information for when creating the Service Catalogue? Is it for Capacity assessment?
Thanks in advance. _________________ Krzysztof (Chris) Baczkiewicz
