If, by enhance your career, you mean will it help you move up in your organization, there is simply no guarantee that anything you learn will do so. However, learning new things to help you be well-rounded will never hurt, will it? When it comes to the impact of what you learn, on your career, there are no guarantees. Having any quality brand certifications on your resume will always enhance your chances of finding work, should you ever be in a position of looking.
My Best,
