Does any one have or has anyone seen a case study for a practitioner exam I am about to go on the Service Desk and Incident one and am on a list for the problem one but wanted to read up first _ I have the service delivery and service support books as well as little itil and have passed the foundation but a sample case study would be useful I have no idea the type of questions they would ask?
You will be given the case study as part of the course. There is plenty of time to rad it then. The Practitioner courses are mostly practical work, and you will be well used to answering questions on the case study by the end. I see no advantage in having it in advance.
One thin to be careful of - the multiple choice part of the exam is not the same as the Foundation - there may be a couple of similar questions, but it is much more of the "look at the 10 Incidents listed - how many Problems would you raise as a result" sort of question - involving some analysis. You do have more time than on the Foundation also. _________________ Liz Gallacher,

Thanks for that those sorts of questions sound ok ish it proves you can do the work in stead of learn the theory / reading which I felt the foundation exam proved more.
Thanks
