Hi ,

Does Anyone know where can i write the ITIL Practitioner exam as a public candidate in Qatar or Dubai i.e. without having to go through the various training providers and their in-house training courses?

Hi EYADYASEEN

All the information tht I have seen indicates that at Practitioner level & above you need to take a course - there is no way around this that I am aware of - sorry to 'rain on your parade'.

However, I do know that you can sit part of the exam a second time, without re-doing the whole course, One of our guys did this for his Change Management Practitioner because he failed the Multiple choice by one per cent.

Regards

Ed

Hello Ed,
I was also preparing for Practitioner course and thought I can just seat the exam without paying 1300 but seems like I'd have to go through it to get the practitioner level..
Anyway I believe you have passed your practitioner exam - I'm currently working as an INcident and Problem Manager and would like to have a practitioner course in Service Support in general is there such a course?
Rgds,
Onor

Hi Onore

Not to my knowledge - You really want to be looking at the Manager's Course to cover all of Service Support, but this also covers all of Service Delivery and is a very useful exam to pass.
