The Server support specialist knowledge domain covers all elements which directly related to Server and Storage (technical and organizational) as agreed upon in the services towards customer. The Server support specialist operates global (for File & Print servers and storage) or per region (for other servers) and in direct relation with the on-site service provider. The main role is: incident or problem driver/analyst (fixing Server and storage related problems).

Performance indicators and responsibilities
- Up-to-date knowledge level (with respect to services and supported products)- responsiveness (towards customer and colleagues) - contribution to improvement of services- enlargement of knowledge (in contribution to the services) - committed to global agreed way of work and agreed services- wakeful on additional or non agreed services- flexibility on employability in projects

Minimum Requirements
· Technical degree (could vary per region)
· 3 or more years of support experience within this function
· CSDM / ITIL essentials certified
· Skilled with Databases and report tools
· Good social capabilities
· Customer/service driven
· Team- and knowledge worker
· Specialized in Server and Storage (products, and relevant elements)
· Microsoft MSCA certified (MCSE is preferred)
· Experience with remote services
· Perfect Conversational skills in English and local language
· Working structured and accurate


Able working outside office hours (occasionally) and on standby duty (if applicable)
