LOCATION: Atlanta, GA
POSITION: ITIL Process Consultant/ Project Manager
DESCRIPTION: Our client is a Fortune 100 B2B software company. This position will design the roadmap and manage their initiatives to move their software maintenance organization towards a more Best Practice business model. Specifically, this role will:
- Educate the organization on ITIL/ITSM Best Practices
- Design the TO BE business processes, taking into account CMM and Six Sigma principles where appropriate
- Build the high-level implementation road map, based on the gap analysis between their AS IS and TO BE processes
- Work with the Executive Steering Committe on cross-functional organizationl and process changes
- Establish a measurements framework to operationalize the framework
- Provide templates and best practice guidance as needed to enforce Six Sigma process discipline
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with deploying ITIL processes into software maintenance organization
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Strong understanding of general business technologies
* Strong understanding of services space
* Able to define and map out processes around operational IT services management
* 7+ years of experience
