Posted: Thu Mar 15, 2007 11:41 pm Post subject: Question from free exam paper.
Hello all!
I preparing for ITIL foundation exam and I have found free exam paper.
Question from it:
'The extent of CI information held in the CMDB should:'
and the right answer to the question is
'Be as detailed as possible so that frequent reports can be produced to avoid spending a lot of money'.
I have thought that the right answer should be 'Match the organisation’s requirement for information to be held' - because this thought was in Service Support book...
I do not know where you got the paper from, but you are correct - the right answer is the one which says it matches the business requirement _________________ Liz Gallacher,

Thanks a lot!
Now I think so, that all this "free papers" consist of a lot of mistakes in spite of they are from books helping pass the exam. All should pay attention on such kind of things.
