Hello everyone!
I would like to ask if it is possible in HP OC SD 5.1 when a Service Call is assigned to a Person only, the other members of his Workgroup NOT to receive Assignment Notification.

From what i recall, the short answer is no unless there is something that can be set on the admin side. By default i believe it is setup to email all persons associated to that workgroup that have an email address populated into those person records. The only way those would not receive an email message is if they didn't have an email address associated or if they had the email option on the client turned off. It was something that we had looked into but didn't find a resolve to. Possibly with later service packs its customizable but if that is available past sp19 i don't know.
