Hi,
I am working in a IT Support hub following ITIL methodology. My top management would like to compare our current performance for Service Desk to Industry Benchmark. Can anyone help to direct me to where can I get latest industry performance benchmark for service desk related metrics. Just want to know how is our IT Service Desk doing compared to the rest of the other IT service desk.
We are IT Support Center for an international bank but the benchmark can be from other industry but IT support related.
