I'm currently working as a member of a Service Management process design team, designing specifc processes based on all the ITIL Service Support and Service Delivery methodologies as well as some others which are specific to the project.
I have 10 years experience in Service Management, including bid management & project management.
I have been looking to spend some time in the states for a at least the last 5 years and I would really like to try and get at least one years work in somewhere like California.
I was wondering if anybody knew of any positions that I might be able to go for.
